Before you pay this school

  1. Match the Japanese name exactly. Your documents from Japan will use it, and I.C.NAGOYA is the name on the official list.
  2. Write to the school yourself, using the address on its own website, and confirm your place and the fees.
  3. Ask about certification. Listed schools need certification from Japan's education ministry by March 2029, or they cannot accept international students (thestar.com.my, checked 2026-11-08).
  4. Ask for the full fee list and what you get back if your Certificate of Eligibility or visa is refused.

What it may cost

As an example, one year at a language school in Japan comes to about NPR 19,15,792 using a Kyoto school's tuition and the national average for living. Your school's fees will differ. Work it out with your own numbers.
